Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

In addition, in accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

  • It should be returned, where possible, in its original packaging

We reserve the right to apply a reduction in the refund amount if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items
  • In case of withdrawal, the standard shipping cost of the original order will be refunded

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items without original tags or in conditions that prevent resale

Exchanges

To make an exchange, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

You will be notified whether your return is approved or rejected.

If approved:

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
